I've grown teams from three to forty and shipped systems serving millions — and I stay close enough to the code to still review the hard PRs. I optimize for clarity, autonomy, and shipping: small teams with real ownership, tight feedback loops, and a bias toward putting working software in front of users.

Today I'm focused on agentic systems — multimodal local inference, clinical operations automation, reusable capability platforms, and production tooling that turns business goals into durable software. I care about systems that run unattended, fail safely, and keep a human in the loop where it counts.
